Waqf does not operate based on potential inheritance shares. If children are stipulated as the beneficiaries of the Waqf proceeds, unless one has stipulated a difference in the distribution, all the children will benefit equally from the Waqf proceeds. For example, if there are five children, two boys and three girls, each child will receive 20% from the Waqf proceeds.
