As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The Waqf of a coerced person is invalid. The asset will not be regarded as Waqf in such a scenario. Discretion and consent are necessary to make an asset into Waqf. [Tartib al-Sunuf Fi Ahkam al-Wuquf]
