As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

If a beneficiary rejects the Waqf, he will not be entitled to the proceeds of the Waqf. In such a scenario, the Waqf still remains valid and the proceeds or use of the Waqf will be channelled for general charitable purposes. [Diraasat an al-Waqf by Dr Salah Abul Haj]
